Types of Companies

• Free Zone Company (FZCO) - FZCO is a legal entity which can be owned by min. 2 and max. 5 individuals and/or by legal entities. Liability of the FZCO is limited
• Free Zone Establishment (FZE) - FZE is a 100% single owned company by either individual or legal entity. Liability of FZE is limited.
• Branch - Any company can register its branch in HFZ provided the license activities of the parent company and its branch are similar
